These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gbazze ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the gbazze website located at gbazze.app and all related services, products, games, and promotional materials offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gbazze reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Genuine real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus wagering requirement will be returned to the player via the original payment method, except where the account is closed due to suspected fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

All content on the gbazze Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gbazze or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works based on any content from the gbazze Platform without the prior written consent of gbazze. Unauthorised use of gbazze intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect platform availability. gbazze will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbazze's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of the gbazze Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gbazze uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact gbazze customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

gbazze is committed to addressing all player complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and gbazze with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
